Why?
In my quest to find the best collars for my own
papillons, I was sorely disappointed.
There were many lovely collars on the market, but they all seemed designed for bigger dogs. Even the small sizes were made with hardware for, like, a Jack Russell. And the collars made FOR toy dogs were ...well...kind of frou frou... or just inappropriate for the delicate coats of my papillons.
t h r e a d d o g collars are made of soft strong cotton in unique patterns. They are made with no seams on the inside to rub sensitive skin or delicate coats and are fitted with the appropriate sized hardware to suit little dogs. SImple. Elegant. Comfortable.
Our collars are obedience ring legal and suited for athletes, companions and couch tater tots.
Many of our customers are repeat buyers and we are especially grateful to our breeder friends who order our collars for puppy buyers. Because they are expandable, one collar can last for years!!

So I designed and made them myself. I began sharing them with my friends in the obedience and agility worlds,show breeders... and....voila.....
